Some of the things that have impacted me in the class is that we we get in groups we can see where other people are coming from and they can help me get a different perspective on things that i wouldnt normally see. I think that the reading has helped on some level because it gets me thinking on new creavtive ideas and innovative ideas. Some of the experiences that have been changing that I work for a resturant that is new in Bellevue and we are trying to think of new ways to get more customers in and how we can keep them coming to our resturant, I like the changes that we are coming up with because in this day and time you have to be creative and innovatie with your ideas to get people to come to your resurant or buy your products. Some of the new innovated ideas that are happing around me are that my work has this cards that you scrach off and you can win buy 1 get 1 pizza and a certin presentage off of your bill, and a stay at a hotel in Bailey's Harbor. The new liquid salt that they are using on the roads now in Green Bay to keep the roads less slippary. I think our team so far is off to a good start comming up with new ideas that are not out there but its hard sometimes because the idea you come up with is already taken. All of us are using our creative ideas to come up with ideas that we could use and its a nice thing that all of us are getting along like a team should.
